Conferences

The Fall and Spring Conferences are cornerstone events for our members.

Twice a year, hundreds of workforce development professionals from the Southeast and beyond converge for a time of networking, professional development, and fun. These events are incredible opportunities to connect with other professionals and build relationships that can impact the trajectory of your personal career and inform the day-to-day operations of your respective organizations and agencies. Our conferences feature business meetings where members can voice concerns, offer innovative ideas, and vote on important SETA matters, including leadership elections. Format

Attendees learn current workforce trends, best practices, and strategies. Keynote sessions feature industry though leaders, and smaller intimate breakout sessions are led by highly skilled and experienced practitioners.

Annual Schedule

The Spring Conference convenes in March or April, with the Fall Conference following in August or September. Hosting rotates among our member states, providing our members with access to some of the most picturesque locations in the country.
