- Conference Group Rate: $249
- All rooms incur an additional $25.00 daily resort fee and 12.5% tax (applied to both the room and the resort fee).
- Self-parking is $19 daily. (plus 12.5% tax)
- You must guarantee your room with a credit card.
- DO NOT call the hotel directly. You can only reserve rooms after registering and paying the conference registration fee.
- The deadline for hotel reservations is Thursday, February 5, 2026
